ABOUT ME

I have been working with health and lecturing in health promotion for the past 10 years. My focus is on health promotion for families and individuals. In recent years we have seen a huge increment in lifestyle diseases and many of these can be prevented if we adjust our life earlier – but it is never too late to start. I will challenge you - but I will not make any suggestions which does not correspond with your budget, religion, or lifestyle. But I will make a plan that suits you and perhaps a plan for your whole family. Health promotion is about giving you the  possibility to change – not just give you information. I am educated as a nurse from Denmark, anthropologist, and associate professor in nursing. In my work I use my pedagogical, communication and anthropological skills to make a unique plan for you. I don’t give any standard program or advice but through our conversation I will be able to identify your needs and give advice accordingly.

I am just happy that my kids are not eating cereal any more! With a few simple hacks I have taken my healthy habits and applied it to my kids' life. It makes me happy when I support the kids in their healthy choices. It isn't hard to eat less ultra processed food, it's fulfilling.
