My clients often feel additional unexpected benefits when following my coaching. One of my clients felt that she was sleeping well but, after some coaching sessions where we changed her diet and improved her stress resilience, she came back and said: "I thought I was sleeping well before but now I am sleeping well!".

Personalized Plans:
I tailor my approach to you and your unique needs and goals, taking into account your preferences and challenges. Together, we will explore areas such as nutrition, movement, social connections, stress resilience, and sleep patterns.

Expert Guidance:
I provide evidence-based strategies and ongoing motivation to keep you on track. Based on a thorough first coaching session I will help give you specific strategies on how to meet your goals.

My coaching is centered on your goals and the data you provide. Before our first session, you’ll complete an evidence-based questionnaire. In our first meeting, we’ll review your answers and set meaningful, realistic goals for your life.

With over a decade of experience in health promotion and teaching, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting individuals, families, and teams in making meaningful lifestyle changes. My approach is rooted in the belief that many lifestyle-related diseases can be prevented and that it’s never too late to start.

 

Whether you're seeking change for yourself or your whole family, I’ll guide and coach you with empathy, structure, and challenge. Always respecting your budget, values, and lifestyle. I don’t offer one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I create tailored plans that empower you to take action, not just absorb information.

I’m a registered nurse from Denmark, an anthropologist, and an associate professor in nursing. I draw on my experience in health education, communication, and anthropology to craft personalized, evidence based coaching that meets you where you are. I also have a diploma from Harvard in Health and Wellness: Designing a Sustainable Nutrition Plan.
