Sound familiar?
You wake at 3 am and can't get back to sleep. You walk into a room and forget why. Your mood shifts in ways that surprise even you. Your weight is changing despite nothing obvious changing. You feel less like yourself and no one around you quite understands why. These are not signs that something is wrong with you. They are signs that your body is going through one of the most significant hormonal transitions of your life and that you deserve real, personalised support.
This is what Wellago is for.
Coaching built for you
Every woman's experience of perimenopause and menopause is different. Your symptoms, your lifestyle, your history, your goals, they are yours alone. That is why I never offer one-size-fits-all solutions. We start by understanding where you are. Then we build a personalised plan covering the areas that matter most to you: sleep, stress and nervous system regulation, nutrition and weight, energy and movement, relationships, and mindset. Between sessions, you will work on concrete goals and I will be there to assist you. The result is not just fewer symptoms. It is a clearer sense of who you are becoming.
About
I'm Linn. I'm a nurse. I thought I was doing everything right. I wasn't.
I had a rash that no one could explain. Not one doctor or specialist.
The frustrating part? I was already living what most people call a healthy life — a nurse and health lecturer with over a decade of clinical experience. I was supposed to know these things.
So I went looking for answers myself. I changed my lifestyle dramatically, embracing anti-inflammatory living. The rash went away. I felt better than I had in years.
It still comes back when life gets stressful. And honestly, that keeps me humble. This isn't about being perfect — it's about knowing how to return to balance.
That experience, deepened by advanced training in Lifestyle as Medicine at Harvard Medical School, became the foundation of Wellago. In the past year I've worked with over 100 women worldwide — most of them navigating perimenopause and menopause — who came looking for real answers.
You deserve help too.
